Imagine Dragons Drop New Songs
Imagine Dragons is back with their first new music in two years. The band has dropped two new songs, “Follow You” and “Cutthroat.”
It’s the first time the band has delivered new music since 2019. The songs are expected to appear on an upcoming new album, which frontman Dan Reynolds says they’ve had in the works for “the last three years.” Taking to Twitter, Dan talks about the meaning behind the new songs… opening up about his separation from wife Aja Volkman and how she taught him “self-love” and acceptance.
“Follow” is about “loyalty and love,” while “Cutthroat is “the opposite,” as he describes, an exorcism of self pity.”
